1. Information we collect

Rainfall may collect account information such as name, email address, profile image, authentication identifiers, and membership status.

We also process workspace content you provide, including prompts, generated documents, diagrams, templates, uploaded files, code snippets, integration metadata, and support messages.

2. Billing information

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Rainfall stores payment records needed for membership access, support, reconciliation, invoices, and account history.

Rainfall does not store full card numbers, UPI credentials, banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide the Rainfall workspace, authenticate users, generate AI output, operate integrations, process memberships, send service notices, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

We may use diagnostic and usage data to debug issues, monitor abuse, protect accounts, and understand product performance.

4. AI processing

Prompts, source material, generated output, and selected workspace context may be processed by AI service providers to produce documentation, visualizations, and answers.

You should avoid submitting sensitive personal data, regulated information, or confidential material unless your organization is comfortable processing it through the Rainfall workflow.

5. Connected apps

If you connect a third-party app such as Zoho CRM, Rainfall may process metadata and records made available through that integration to generate documentation and system context.

You can disconnect integrations from the workspace where supported. Some historical records may remain in logs, generated output, or account history as needed for operation and support.

6. Sharing with service providers

We share information with service providers that help operate Rainfall, including authentication, hosting, database, AI, email, analytics, payment, and support providers.

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the service, or to investigate abuse or security incidents.

7. Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and billing records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect Rainfall from abuse.

You can request account or data assistance by contacting support. Some data may need to be retained where required for billing, security, legal, or operational reasons.

8. Security

Rainfall uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account, workspace, billing, and integration data.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. You should use a strong login method and limit uploaded content to material appropriate for the workspace.

9. Children

Rainfall is intended for professional and business use. It is not directed to children, and users should not create accounts if they are not legally able to use the service.

10. Contact

Privacy questions, data requests, and account concerns can be sent to hello@rainfall.dev or submitted through the Report an Issue page.
